OUR RETURN POLICY

If you want to return a product it should be unopened and it's original packaging within 14 days of purchase. We are not able to accept returns on sample-size products and we will not be able to accept returns on opened variety packs, gift boxes or used products. The refund will be processed once the product has been received. If you received a damaged item, if you are missing an item or if you got an incorrect item, contact us immediately and we will make it right. To start a refund request please submit this form. You will get a confirmation email with further instructions.
